Debugging a Silent Timezone Bug in Enterprise Microservices

During my internship at NETAS, I investigated a silent date-boundary mismatch between UTC and UTC+3 configurations. The issue was not detected by client-side validation. I reproduced the defect through targeted logs and implemented a test matrix with 600+ lines to document and prevent regressions.
